End Of Live & Palliative Care
We understand how important dignity, respect, privacy and comfort are during those final days/weeks/months, we work in partnership with District Nursing Teams, Hospices, Marie Curie Nursing Teams as well as our clients, we provide End Of Life and Palliative Care to those in need, we tailor our care and support to the individual, we also understand the emotion's that are felt by family members and loved ones during this time and we are there for both Family Members/Loved Ones as well as the Client.
We provide different types of End Of Life or Palliative care packages; whether that being Domiciliary Care Visits or 1 to 1 Care and Support, our highly trained team will support you or your loved one through their finals moments, ensuring that their Dignity, Respect, Privacy and Comfort are maintained.
Overnight Care & Support
We offer two types of overnight services ranging from Sleep in to Waking Night Care & Support.
Sleep in Night - One of our Care Assistants will sleep in another room and will be there should you or your loved need any support during the night or as a safety buffer.
Waking Night - One or Two of our Care Assistants will be with you or your loved one overnight, they will remain awake to ensure the safety, wellness and wellbeing of you or your loved one during the night.
Reablement Care & Support
We offer Reablement Care and Support, whether you have recently had surgery, a recent hospital stay or require a bit of support within your home for a short period of time.
